1. Receiving & logging
Equipment is booked into our workshop control system and issued a unique job reference.
2. Initial Technical Assessment
Visual inspection, basic functional checks (where applicable), and scope review.
3. Stripping & Dismantling
Systematic disassembly using approved procedures and component segregation.
4. Repair & Corrective Work
Machining, rewinding, replacements, and mechanical/electrical interventions as required.
5. Assembly
Rebuilt to manufacturer specs or approved engineering practices using calibrated tools.
6. Testing
Functional and operational testing with recorded results prior to release.
7. Inspection & measurement
Dimensional checks, tolerances, and clearances verified at defined stages.
8. Painting, packaging & preservation
Surface prep, protection, and packaging for safe transport and storage.
9. Handover Pack
Documentation, inspection records, and certifications included where required.
